Learn to catch waves on a stand-up paddleboard with a private lesson tailored to your skill level. Review fundamentals and techniques, then spend most of the session surfing with guidance.
Must be at least 15 and able to swim; participants under 18 need a guardian present at drop-off to sign the liability form. Lessons typically run at Croatan Beach in Virginia Beach, but location and time may change with surf conditions. Prior flat-water SUP experience is recommended.
Reschedule up to 24 hours before your reservation. Cancellations less than 24 hours before are not refunded. For cancellations within 14 days but more than 24 hours before, refunds may be issued minus a $5 processing fee. If staff cancel due to unsafe weather or ocean conditions, you may reschedule or request a full refund. Taxes and fees are non-refundable.

Honestly neither one of us was keeping track of the wave count, so we guessed around ten and both felt that it wasn't an exaggeration. The best surfing session I have had in months. Can't wait for my next session.

I finally was able to work in my 1st intermediate to advanced level session with Noah. We had a great time and just spoke the entire time about suring and life. Honestly neither one of us was keeping track of the wave count, so we guessed around ten and both felt that it wasn't an exaggeration. The best surfing session I have had in months. Can't wait for my next session.
