Delivery has an extra fee and is limited to the North End to Croatan zone; clarify delivery options outside this area with Greetwell before booking. In-shop cash rentals require a credit card on file.
Cancellation Policy
Reschedule up to 24 hours before your reservation (no refund). Cancel less than 14 days before for a refund minus a $5 processing fee; taxes and fees are non-refundable. Cancellations less than 24 hours before are not rescheduled or refunded. If VBSS cancels, they will reschedule when possible or otherwise refund.
