Things to know
You must know how to swim and be comfortable in the ocean. Minimum age is 5, and a parent or guardian must be present at drop-off for participants under 18. Parking is paid April–September ($3–$7), with free parking before 10 AM or October–March.
Cancellation Policy
Reschedule up to 24 hours prior for a service credit. Less than 24 hours: no reschedule or refund. Taxes and fees are non-refundable. Cancellations less than 14 days ahead can be refunded minus a $5.00 processing fee. If staff cancels due to foul weather, it will be rescheduled when possible or refunded.
