- Fuel is filled upon return and billed separately to the card on file; clarify the amount with Greetwell before booking
- Severe weather deemed unsafe by staff may prevent departure or shorten time on the water

Cancellation Policy
Cancel or reschedule at least 72 hours ahead for a full refund minus a 15% processing fee. With less than 72 hours' notice, your deposit is forfeited; with less than 24 hours' notice, your total booking is forfeited.
FAQs
Renter’s insurance is optional. Coverage can include up to $1,500 in property damage and $100,000 in liability coverage, depending on the policy selected. It is paid directly to the carrier at check-in.
A $250 temporary damage hold is placed on a major credit or debit card at check-in. It is returned when the boat is returned in the same condition, but may be applied to lost equipment, cleaning or late fees, or fuel used.
Yes. A non-refundable $85 pet fee applies to boats with a dog on board.
