Cancellation Policy
Cancel or reschedule at least 72 hours before your rental for a full refund minus a 15% processing fee. Less than 72 hours’ notice forfeits the deposit; less than 24 hours’ notice forfeits the total booking.

If staff determine it is unsafe to leave the dock, your deposit will be applied in full to a future rental and is non-refundable. If severe weather limits your time on the water, your rental fee will be adjusted accordingly.
