Cancellation Policy
Cancel or reschedule at least 72 hours before your rental for a full refund minus a 15% processing fee. With less than 72 hours' notice, your deposit is forfeited. With less than 24 hours' notice, the total booking is forfeited.

Anchor Pointe Marina fills the boat with gas when you return and bills the gas used separately to the card on file. The amount is not stated; clarify it with Greetwell before booking.
A $250 temporary damage hold is placed on a major credit or debit card at check-in. It is returned if you bring back the pontoon in the same condition; it may be applied to lost equipment, cleaning or late fees, or gas used.
You must provide your driver’s license number and issuing state, confirm you have completed a boating safety course, and provide your boating experience. Anyone driving must present a valid driver’s license at check-in. Illinois law requires boater education for anyone born on or after January 1, 1998, operating a motorized vessel over 10 horsepower.
