Cancellation Policy
Cancel or reschedule at least 72 hours before your rental for a full refund minus a 15% processing fee. With less than 72 hours' notice, your deposit is forfeited. With less than 24 hours' notice, the total booking is forfeited.

A $100 temporary damage hold is placed on a major credit or debit card at check-in for non-motorized watercraft. It is returned when the boat is returned in the same condition, but may be applied to lost equipment, cleaning or late fees, or gas used.
Renter’s insurance is optional. Coverage can include up to $1,500 in property damage and $100,000 in renter liability if an accident occurs; coverage and cost vary by the option selected and rental length.
If staff determine it is unsafe to leave the dock, your deposit is applied in full to a future rental and is non-refundable. If severe weather shortens your time on the water, your rental fee is adjusted accordingly.
