Cancellation Policy
Cancel or reschedule at least 72 hours before your rental for a full refund minus a 15% processing fee. With less than 72 hours' notice, your deposit is forfeited; with less than 24 hours' notice, the total booking is forfeited.
FAQs
Each primary guest or driver must present a valid driver's license at check-in. You must also confirm that you have completed a boating safety course and provide your boating experience. Illinois law requires boater education for anyone born on or after January 1, 1998, who operates a motorized vessel over 10 horsepower.
Fuel is filled by Anchor Pointe Marina when you return and billed separately for the amount used. Clarify the fuel charge with Greetwell before booking. Renter's insurance is optional, paid directly to the carrier at check-in, and coverage and cost vary by selected coverage and rental length.
A temporary damage hold is placed on a major credit or debit card at check-in and returned when the tritoon is returned in the same condition. It may be applied toward lost equipment, cleaning or late fees, or fuel used.
