Cancellation Policy
Cancel or reschedule at least 72 hours ahead for a full refund minus a 15% processing fee. With less than 72 hours' notice, your deposit is forfeited. With less than 24 hours' notice, your total booking is forfeited.
FAQs
Bring a valid driver’s license if you are the primary renter or plan to drive. You must also provide boating experience details and acknowledge a completed boating safety course. Illinois law requires boater education for anyone born on or after January 1, 1998, operating a motorized vessel over 10 horsepower.
Fuel is filled by Anchor Pointe Marina when you return and billed separately; clarify the amount with Greetwell before booking. Optional renter’s insurance is paid directly to the carrier at check-in, with coverage and cost varying by selection and rental length. Extra cleaning may incur a $75 fee, and bringing a dog incurs a non-refundable $85 pet fee.
A $250 temporary damage hold is placed on a major credit or debit card at check-in. It is returned if the pontoon comes back in the same condition, but it may be applied toward lost equipment, cleaning or late fees, or fuel used.
