Cancellation Policy
Cancel or reschedule at least 72 hours ahead for a full refund minus a 15% processing fee. With less than 72 hours' notice, the deposit is forfeited. With less than 24 hours' notice, the total booking is forfeited.

You must provide your driver's license details, confirm whether you have completed a boating safety course, and state your years of boating experience. Illinois law requires boater education for anyone born on or after January 1, 1998, who operates a motorized vessel over 10 horsepower.
A $250 temporary damage hold is placed on a major credit or debit card at check-in. It is returned when you return the boat in the same condition, but it may be applied to lost equipment, cleaning or late fees, or gas used.
Optional renter's insurance is available and is paid directly to the carrier at check-in. Coverage can include up to $1,500 in property damage and $100,000 in liability coverage; coverage and cost vary, so clarify the amount with Greetwell before booking.
