Cancellation Policy
Cancel at least 72 hours before your rental for a full refund minus a 15% processing fee. With less than 72 hours' notice, the deposit is forfeited; with less than 24 hours' notice, the total booking is forfeited.
FAQs
A temporary damage hold is placed on a major credit or debit card at check-in and returned when you return the boat in the same condition. It may be applied toward lost equipment, cleaning or late fees, or gas used.
Optional renter’s insurance is available at check-in and paid directly to the insurance carrier. Coverage varies based on the coverage selected and rental length.
A non-refundable pet fee applies when you bring a dog aboard. Remove your garbage and personal items; extra cleaning may result in an additional cleaning fee.
