Parasailing minimum age is 5 and minimum weight per person is 40 lbs; combined flight minimum is about 200 lbs and combined maximum is 450/500 lbs, subject to captain’s call. Pregnant travelers cannot parasail or observe, and you must be able to board and move around the boat without assistance. Observers are first come, first served if seats are open and require a fee—clarify the amount with Greetwell before booking.
Cancellation Policy
Cancel at least 48 hours before departure for a refund minus $25 service fee per flyer and $10 per spectator. No refund if cancelled within 48 hours or for no-shows. If the captain deems weather unfavorable, reschedule or receive a full refund.
