Refunds for full-vessel private charters are available up to 30 days before departure; within 30 days the deposit may be kept. Final payment is due 15 days prior. Full refund if the operator cancels and less than half the trip was run. No-shows are charged in full. Traffic is not a valid reason for refund.

Awesome job!! Deanna, the owner, was beyond helpful. She guided me through the booking process for the sunset with dolphins. She even gave us a discount due to a Travelocity mis-marketing. Checking in was a breeze with her and the wait prior to cast-off was short and sweet. Once on board, Capt Daniel and First mate Tonya we such a fun team. They made the experience even more enjoyable, the dolphins were essentially icing on the cake. Highly recommend and would most certainly book again

Awesome job!! Deanna, the owner, was beyond helpful. She guided me through the booking process for the sunset with dolphins. She even gave us a discount due to a Travelocity mis-marketing. Checking in was a breeze with her and the wait prior to cast-off was short and sweet. Once on board, Capt Daniel and First mate Tonya we such a fun team.
