Gratuity of 15% is added to the booking and goes directly to the crew. Alcohol is allowed for guests 21 and older; drugs and underage drinking cancel the charter without refund or reschedule.
Cancellation Policy
Cancel 48 hours prior to your charter for a full refund of your deposit and/or amount paid. After that, no refund and the full amount will be due. Full refund if the captain cancels due to weather. If the minimum passenger count of 8 is not reached, other times or a refund.
