Cancellation Policy
Cancel more than 48 hours before for a full refund; 24-48 hours before for a 50% refund; less than 24 hours before: no refund. No-shows: no refund. Reschedule free more than 48 hours before; within 48 hours fee $25. Full refund or reschedule if operator cancels.
FAQs
Arrive 15–30 minutes prior to departure. If you arrive late, your charter may be shortened and you will not receive a refund for lost time.
Do not exceed the maximum passenger count at any time. If your group goes over the limit, you will need to adjust your party size to stay within the cap.
Bring your own drinks if you’d like; alcohol is allowed for guests 21+. Illegal drugs and unlawful behavior are not permitted. Excessive intoxication or unsafe behavior will end the charter immediately without a refund.
