Yes, the Coast Guard counts everyone as a passenger, whether an infant or not.
What if the weather is bad?
The charter operates rain or shine. In severe weather the captain can call off the charter and offer a full refund or reschedule. Cloudiness, water clarity, and wind are not reasons to cancel or reschedule.
Can we bring alcohol?
Yes, alcohol is permitted. Crab Island does not sell alcohol, so bring what you need.
When is the best time to go?
Both morning and afternoon time slots are enjoyable.
Are tips included in the price?
No, gratuity for the captain and deckhand is not included.
Cancel for a full refund up to 7 days before your charter. No refunds within 7 days, including for passenger count. Operates rain or shine; in severe weather the captain may cancel with a refund or reschedule.
