Cancel up to 72 hours before the trip for a full refund. No refunds within 72 hours; traffic is not a valid reason for a refund. No-shows are charged the full price. If the operator cancels due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances, you receive a full refund if less than half the trip was ran.
