Cancel up to 72 hours before the trip for a full refund. No refunds within 72 hours. Full refund if the operator cancels due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances, if less than half the trip was ran. No-shows will be charged the full price. If you booked the entire vessel privately, refunds are given up to 30 days prior to departure.
