Up to 18 passengers, and infants count toward capacity. Alcohol is permitted but no glass is allowed on the boat. Please arrive 10–15 minutes before departure.
Are babies counted as passengers?
Yes, the Coast Guard counts everyone as a passenger, whether they are an infant or not.
What if the weather is bad?
The charter operates rain or shine. If there is severe weather the captain can call off the charter for a full refund or reschedule. Cloudiness, water clarity, and wind are not reasons to cancel or reschedule.
Can we bring alcohol?
Yes, they do not sell alcohol on Crab Island so make sure to bring what you need.
When is the best time to go?
Morning and afternoon time slots are both enjoyable.
Are tips included in the price?
No, gratuity for the captain and deckhand is not included.
You can cancel for a full refund up to 7 days before the time of your charter. No refunds will be issued within 7 days of the charter (this includes being refunded for passenger count; you can always add passengers).
