Parties over 6 passengers are required to book as a bareboat charter, and the captain must be paid separately in addition to the charter fee—confirm the amount with Greetwell before booking. Gratuity is not included. No pets, and please do not bring glass, red wine, or overly messy foods.
Cancel more than 10 days before your booking for a full refund. Cancel within 10 days or no-show: no refund. If Boat Tahoe cancels, you receive a full refund. Weather cancellations are determined by Boat Tahoe only. Holiday bookings are non-refundable one month prior for listed dates.
Yes. For 7+ passengers, U.S. Coast Guard regulations require a bareboat charter and your captain must be paid separately in addition to the prepaid charter fee. You pay an additional $100 per hour on arrival directly to the captain. Group size is based on the number of passengers at the time of booking (if you book 7+ but arrive with fewer, you still pay the additional fee).
No. Use the restroom at the marina near the parking lot before boarding. If needed, you can stop along the way.
Bring sunscreen, sunglasses, a camera/phone, and a jacket or sweatshirt. If you plan to swim, bring a swimsuit and towel (towels aren’t provided). Don’t bring glass of any kind, red wine, messy foods, or pets/animals.
All charters start and end in the Tahoe Keys Marina located in South Lake Tahoe, CA.

Captains are happy to mix sightseeing with water activities, take photos (Zach apparently flies a drone too), and adjust the itinerary based on what guests want.
