- Arrive at the marina 30 minutes before departure and at the boat 20 minutes before departure
- Allow extra time for parking on weekends and holidays; late arrivals shorten your time on the water

- Groups of 7–13 operate as bareboat charters, with captain and fuel costs not included in the listed price

Cancellation Policy
Cancel more than 10 days before your booking for a full refund. Cancellations within 10 days and no-shows are nonrefundable. For Fourth of July Fireworks, Memorial Day weekend, the week of July 4, and Labor Day weekend, cancellations are nonrefundable within one month. Full refund if the operator cancels, including for weather.

Yes. If you book for 7+ passengers, US Coast Guard (USCG) regulations require a Bareboat Charter and you pay the captain and fuel separately in addition to your prepaid charter fee. An additional $100 per hour is due upon arrival and paid directly to your captain. Group size is based on the number of passengers at time of booking, and each guest counts as a passenger regardless of age.
Yes. Life jackets are available for all ages and sizes, and guests under 13 are required by law to wear one at all times.
No. Use the restroom at the marina near the parking lot before you board. If needed, your captain can stop along the way.
