- Arrive at the boat 20 minutes before departure; allow extra parking time on weekends and holidays
- Require a main charterer age 21 or older; every person counts as a passenger regardless of age
- Leave pets, glass, red wine, and overly messy foods behind
- Expect a bareboat charter for groups of 7–13 passengers; if using a referred independent captain, captain services and fuel cost $100 per hour and are not included in the listed price, paid directly to the captain upon arrival
- Meet self-operation requirements only with a United States Coast Guard Master's license, 100 days of Lake Tahoe experience, and insurance covering the boat and marina
- Expect captain gratuity to be separate from the listed price

Cancellation Policy
Free cancellation more than 10 days before your booking. Within 10 days and no-shows are nonrefundable. Holiday cancellations for Fourth of July Fireworks, Memorial Day Weekend, Fourth of July week, and Labor Day Weekend are nonrefundable within one month. Full refund if the operator cancels, including weather cancellations determined by the operator.

Yes. For groups over 6 passengers, regulations require a Bareboat Charter and you pay the captain and fuel separately in addition to your prepaid charter fee. Plan to pay an additional $100 per hour on arrival directly to your captain (cash, Venmo, or Zelle). Group size is based on the number of passengers at booking, and each guest counts as a passenger regardless of age.
Bring sunscreen, sunglasses, a camera/phone, and a jacket or sweatshirt (it can get chilly). If you plan to swim, bring a swimsuit and towel (towels aren’t provided). Water is provided, and you can bring your own food, snacks, and drinks. A cooler or small refrigerator is available; bring your own ice.
Leave glass of any kind, red wine, messy foods, and pets/animals at home.
