- Arrive at the boat 20 minutes before departure; late arrival reduces your time on the water
- For groups of 1–6, the main charterer must be 21 or older
- Count every passenger toward your group size, regardless of age
- Groups of 7–8 operate as Bareboat Charters and require a captain or qualified operator
- Self-operation requires a United States Coast Guard Master license, 100 days of Lake Tahoe experience, and insurance covering the boat and marina
- For groups of 7–8 using a referred captain, captain services and fuel are not included in the listed price and cost $100 per hour, paid directly to the captain upon arrival
- Do not bring glass, red wine, overly messy foods, or pets

Cancellation Policy
Free cancellation more than 10 days before your booking. No refunds within 10 days or for no-shows. For Memorial Day weekend, the week of July 4, July 4 fireworks, and Labor Day weekend, cancellations are nonrefundable within one month. Full refund if the operator cancels, including for weather.

Yes. If you book for 7+ passengers, United States Coast Guard (USCG) regulations require a Bareboat Charter and you pay the captain and fuel separately in addition to your prepaid charter fee. An additional $100 per hour is due upon arrival and is paid directly to your captain. If you book 7+ but arrive with fewer people, you still cover the additional $100 per hour.
No. Use the restroom at the marina near the parking lot before you board. If needed, you can stop along the way.
Yes. Life jackets are available for all ages and sizes. Guests under 13 are required by law to wear a life jacket at all times. Each guest counts as a passenger, no matter their age.
