- Arrive at the marina 30 minutes early and at the boat 20 minutes before departure; allow extra parking time on weekends and holidays
- The primary charterer must be ages 21+; every passenger counts regardless of age
- Leave glass, red wine, overly messy foods and pets behind
- For 7–8 people, captain services and fuel are not included; referral-list captains charge $100 per hour, paid directly on arrival
- Operating the vessel yourself requires a US Coast Guard Masters license, 100 days of Lake Tahoe experience and boat-and-marina insurance
- Captain gratuity is additional and not included in the listed price

Cancellation Policy
Cancel more than 10 days before your booking for a full refund. Cancellations within 10 days and no-shows are nonrefundable. Fourth of July Fireworks, Memorial Day weekend, the week of July 4, and Labor Day weekend are nonrefundable one month before. Full refund if the operator cancels, including weather cancellations.

FAQs
Yes. If you book for 7–8 passengers, United States Coast Guard (USCG) regulations require a Bareboat Charter, and you must pay the captain and fuel separately in addition to your prepaid charter fee. An additional $100 per hour is due on arrival and paid directly to your captain. If you book 7+ but arrive with fewer, you still owe the additional $100 per hour.
Arrive at the marina at least 30 minutes before your charter (longer on weekends and holidays), and be at the boat 20 minutes prior. If you arrive late, your time on the lake will be shorter.
No. Use the restroom at the marina near the parking lot before you board. If needed, your captain can stop along the way.
