- Arrive at the boat 20 minutes before departure; allow extra parking time on weekends and holidays
- For groups of 1–6, the main charterer must be age 21 or older
- Groups of 7–8 operate as bareboat charters and require an independent captain or operator
- For groups of 7–8 using a captain from the referral list, captain and fuel cost $100 per hour, paid directly to the captain upon arrival and not included in the listed price
- Self-operation requires a U.S. Coast Guard Master's license, 100 days of Lake Tahoe experience, and insurance covering the boat and marina
- Captain gratuity is not included in the listed price
- Do not bring glass, red wine, overly messy foods, or pets

Cancellation Policy
Cancel more than 10 days before departure for a full refund. Cancellations within 10 days and no-shows are nonrefundable. Fourth of July Fireworks, Memorial Day Weekend, Week of July 4, and Labor Day Weekend bookings are nonrefundable within one month. Full refund if the operator cancels, including for weather.

Plan to tip your captain separately; gratuity isn’t included. If your group is over 6 passengers, you must pay the captain and fuel separately in addition to the prepaid charter fee, and an additional $100 per hour is due upon arrival and paid directly to your captain.
Arrive at the marina at least 30 minutes before your charter (longer on weekends and holidays) and be at the boat 15 minutes prior. If you arrive late, your time on the lake will be shorter.
