- Arrive at the boat 20 minutes before departure; allow extra parking time on weekends and holidays
- Main charterer must be age 21 or older; every passenger counts regardless of age
- Leave glass, red wine, overly messy foods, and pets behind
- Groups of 7–10 are bareboat charters and require an independently selected captain or operator
- If using a captain from the referral list, captain services and fuel are not included in the listed price; you’ll pay the captain directly $100 per hour upon arrival
- Self-operation requires a US Coast Guard Master’s license, 100 days of Lake Tahoe experience, and insurance covering the boat and marina
- Captain gratuity is not included in the listed price

Cancellation Policy
Receive a full refund when you cancel more than 10 days before your booking. Cancellations within 10 days and no-shows are nonrefundable. For Fourth of July Fireworks, Memorial Day weekend, the week of July 4, and Labor Day weekend, cancellations are nonrefundable within one month. Receive a full refund if the operator cancels, including due to weather.

FAQs
Plan for gratuity, which isn’t included. If your group books 7 or more passengers, U.S. Coast Guard (USCG) rules require a Bareboat Charter and you must pay the captain separately in addition to your prepaid charter fee; an extra $100 per hour is due on arrival and paid directly to the captain.
Arrive at the marina at least 30 minutes before your charter (longer on weekends and holidays), and plan to be at the boat 20 minutes before departure. If you arrive late, your time on the lake will be shortened.
Yes. Bring your own food, snacks, and drinks. Water is provided, and a cooler or small refrigerator is on board.
