What a wonderful experience! We rode the Coastal Trail. The way we went was mostly downhill. We saw plenty of bikers and hikers going uphill. I felt for them! Our guide was very informative, but not too much. We didn't see any moose or bears, but we did see a bald eagle and a couple sand cranes. We we able to pick some wild raspberries along the way and were told about the many poisonous red berries seen along the trail. We took the 9am tour and it was a very comfortable ride through the mostly shaded trail.
