We loved it!! The guide was very experienced and had a real passion for paranormal research. She carefully explained everything and was very considerate of the spiritual residents. The group size was great (maybe 20) so seemed very interested. The instruments (sowsing rods, EMF detectors, and even tiny flashlights) are available to use and very helpful to investigations. Liked this more than the Portland underground Shanghai tunnels. I could easily see this place being super creepy during specific times (October!!!). If you bring a red colored flashlight it will be a better experience!!! All in all a great experience and worthy of doing more than once if you are a visitor to the Astoria area.
