This wildlife park near Williams, Arizona is a consistent crowd-pleaser, drawing glowing praise from families, road-trippers, and animal lovers alike. The drive-through section puts you surprisingly close to free-roaming brown bears, bison, and other North American wildlife, while the walk-through exhibits offer a more leisurely experience worth lingering over. Visiting on a weekday seems to be the sweet spot if you prefer a quieter, more relaxed pace. The staff genuinely stand out here. Melanie, Lindsay, and Rebecca were called out by name across multiple reviews for their warmth and attentiveness, which says a lot about the culture of the place. The live animal and bird shows are a highlight many visitors almost skipped, and were glad they didn't. Facilities are well-maintained, clean, and thoughtfully designed to blend into the surrounding pine tree landscape. Food options are available throughout the park, with a full restaurant, food carts, and an impressive craft beer and cocktail selection, though some prepared items can be hit or miss. The park works beautifully as a stop between Las Vegas and the Grand Canyon, though it offers plenty to justify a dedicated visit on its own. Highly recommended for families with young kids especially.
Bearizona is such a great place for anyone wanting to experience wild life. Not only do you see animals you normally don’t find at your local zoo but in away you never imagined. The drive thru experience special but stay patient take you time and enjoy. You see different interactions from animals depending on the season as well. The walk through area is nice where they have performances like music or animal shows on some weekends.
