Visitors consistently rave about how well-organized and effortless the entire rental experience is here. The staff, including owner Josh, get frequent shoutouts for being genuinely helpful and thorough with instructions, making even first-time e-bike riders feel completely comfortable. The bikes themselves are high-quality, well-maintained, and perfect for exploring the stunning Columbia River Gorge trails. A standout feature that everyone loves: the Bluetooth-equipped helmets that let your group communicate while riding, which adds a fun social element to the experience. The setup is incredibly convenient, with options for both shop pickup and trailhead delivery. Riders appreciate the easy-to-follow maps and route guidance that help you navigate to waterfalls, forests, and scenic overlooks along the paved Historic Columbia River Highway trail. The e-bikes handle the hills beautifully and work great for all fitness levels—several reviewers mention bringing older family members who had no trouble at all. Whether you're visiting Portland or exploring the gorge, this seems to be a must-do activity that leaves people eager to return for longer tours.

We had the BEST time on the extended waterfalls tour! It was our first time on e-bikes but they were easy to operate and ride. We were provided verbal and gps directions with Google Maps, a lock for each bike, and comfortable helmets. One bike had a saddlebag for the locks with plenty of room for additional items if needed. We had the most amazing views of the gorge and had a nice picnic lunch at one of the waterfalls before we made our way back to the shop with an hour to spare. I recommend the extended tour for $5 more so you can ride at a leisurely pace and not feel rushed. The bikes are super nice and easy to operate with as much or as little effort as you wish since they have a throttle. Both bikes were still at 80% charge when we returned. I would absolutely recommend this excursion to anyone visiting as well as Portland natives. What a beautiful way to see the gorge. We will most definitely be back and want to do the Mitchell Tunnel next. Thank you!
