Visitors consistently rave about the friendly, knowledgeable staff who clearly care deeply about their alpacas. The animals themselves are gentle, healthy, and well-cared-for, making for a delightful hands-on experience. You'll get to feed them, pet their soft backs, and even walk an alpaca on a leash during the tour. Staff provide educational information before interactions, which guests appreciate, especially when bringing kids. The farm is clean and beautiful, with many mentioning they can't wait to return. The experience runs about $30 per adult for what some describe as a relatively short walk, though most feel it's worth it for the unique interaction and photo opportunities. The onsite gift shop sells products made from alpaca fleece, though a few visitors wished for more variety in the smaller items like keychains and magnets. Families particularly love this spot, with some guests visiting multiple times and even hosting birthday parties here. Just be aware that feeding portions could be a bit more generous, and very occasionally there might be an off interaction with staff, though this seems rare given the overwhelmingly positive feedback.

It’s such a fun experience, the alpacas are adorable and very well behaved with all different personalities. The workers were so kind, wonderful and love their animals. After the tour we went to the gift shop and while there was was a group of people who started yelling the workers after they wouldn’t give them discounts on tickets because the parents didn’t want to go in the farm with their own kids which the host said they had to because it’s a safety concern (obviously) the guests started yelling more and called the workers scammers (mind you tickets are like 16 bucks). These entitled people continued to scream and yell at the workers because they wanted a discount on tickets they didn’t want to buy at the expense of their children’s safety. The owner said he would provide a refund for their guests tickets but this made the guest EVEN ANGRIER. If you read any reviews regarding a similar situation know that the workers are not in the wrong and those guests were trying to SCAM THEM instead.
