Low Tide Tours is a locally owned Sarasota water adventure company creating easygoing, memorable experiences along Florida’s Gulf Coast. From floating tiki boat cruises and private pontoon charters to parasailing with sweeping coa...
Captain Keith seems to be the heart of this operation, earning glowing praise across dozens of trips for being knowledgeable, laid-back, and genuinely tuned into what each group wants from their time on the water. Captains Bobby, Matt, Cory, and Max round out the crew with similarly strong reviews. The pontoon boats are consistently described as clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, with a provided cooler being a nice touch. Wildlife sightings, especially dolphins and manatees, come up constantly, as do sandbar stops for swimming and shelling. The flexible, build-your-own itinerary approach clearly resonates with guests. Families with young kids, groups of friends, and even travelers bringing large dogs have all had great experiences. One reviewer noted not spotting dolphins, which is always worth keeping in mind since wildlife sightings can never be guaranteed on any tour. Everything else points to a consistently well-run charter operation that delivers on its promise of a memorable day on the water.
Spent the day on the bay in a wonderful, clean, spacious pontoon boat through Sarasota Boat Tours in South Sarasota. Keith was our captain—and did not disappoint. He listened to what we wanted to do and see, and built the route! Stopped at Old Salty Dog for lunch - water was the most beautiful shades we’ve ever seen. Water and cooler both provided on the boat - nice perk. Keith had history about what we were seeing, and knew the sandbars for walking and shelling right off the boat. Highly recommend Keith and the company for future rentals.
