This waterfront spot draws crowds for its relaxed beach bar atmosphere and prime water views. When things are running smoothly, guests rave about standout bartenders like Crystal, Adam, and Meghann who create a fun vibe and keep the drinks flowing. The indoor and outdoor seating areas make it a solid choice for gathering with friends, and many visitors appreciate it as a local hangout with plenty of space. The experience can be inconsistent though. Several recent visitors caught the place during a kitchen renovation, which severely limited the menu to just a few items and affected food quality. During normal operations, the food gets mixed reactions, with some enjoying the offerings while others found portions small or preparation subpar. The saving grace remains the waterfront setting and the service from engaged bartenders who clearly know how to create a welcoming atmosphere. If you go, the scenic location and drinks are the main draw, particularly if you can snag a spot with a view of the water.
I don't go out to dinner much. I do prefer lunch. And the spot hits all of the notes. I had the seafood Cobb salad, which was perfectly filling. Our appetizer was the crab dip, which was also delicious. I'm not a fan of the fried saltines, but otherwise the dip was good. You can't beat the view that's for sure . Our server was on point and we will return.
