Aloha Sportfishing

Captain Mike took us on a great trip! First of all, given that it was an unseasonably cold day in early January, he asked if we could go out one hour later, which was very much appreciated by us! Second, he was honest about what we would catch that day (given how cold it was, certain fish species were biting and others were not). And third, he was incredibly fun and patient with my two sons (13 and 8, who are obsessed with fishing but had never fished in the ocean before). We caught a bunch of sheephead off of Captiva and then some sea trout in the waters just west of Pine Island. My boys could not stop talking about how much fun they had. Sadly, the mythical snook eluded but us but we will back to catch some in the future. I would definitely book with Captain Mike again!
