With a perfect track record across thousands of reviews, this outfitter clearly knows how to run a smooth operation. The team handles everything from small family groups to large events like weddings with impressive efficiency. They make logistics easy with drop-off bus service and advance waivers, plus they let groups handle individual payments for larger bookings. Guides consistently get praised by name (Tailer, Tater, Stacks, and others), showing the caliber of people leading these trips. The experience itself hits a sweet spot for all ages. Families report that kids as young as three have a blast, while the Shoshone extreme option satisfies thrill-seekers wanting more intensity. Most tours follow a pattern of exciting rapids early on, then relaxing floats through beautiful canyon scenery. A natural hot springs stop along the way is a highlight that many reviewers mention. Even when weather turns, the crew provides thoughtful touches like hot chocolate. One minor note: if you're booking for a large adult group, expect 10 people per raft, which some found a bit cramped compared to eight.
We rented a double and single kayak with our 8 year old. Everyone had a wonderful relaxing day on the river! Renting is so easy with the drop off bus service then getting out at the ramp. The natural hot springs was a great way to end our trip. We don’t rent from any other place! Thanks for an amazing day!
