We had such a wonderful time at Country Boy Mine! The tour was fascinating, informative, and so much fun for the whole family. Ashley, our tour guide, was fantastic. She explained everything in such an interesting and engaging way and was incredibly patient and kind with all the kids throughout the tour. One of our favorite parts was when Ashley showed everyone how to try to find gold in the water. After the tour, both the kids (5, 2) and us adults had a blast searching for gold and beautiful rocks in the pond outside the mine. We ended up staying for almost another hour and a half after the tour, enjoying the beautiful scenery and looking for rocks and gold. We never felt rushed to leave, which made the experience even more enjoyable. The views were amazing, the staff was wonderful, and we truly had such a great time. We highly recommend Country Boy Mine to families with kids, but it’s also a fantastic experience for adults. Definitely one of the highlights of our trip to Breckenridge!
