Our trip was absolutely magical with Carlos as our captain. He was professional, friendly, and felt more like a host at your friendly gathering than a captain of a charter. What made this trip incredibly special was that it was our engagement trip and let me tell you, the scenery and accommodating nature of Carlos and his team was truly EXCEPTIONAL. I never expected they would be able to pull off such a stunning proposal set up on a private island designated as a natural reserve (with actually not one person around). Additionally, the date we had planned weren’t ideal conditions and Carlos reached out and told me that if we can do it the next day that would be much better for the event. True to the name Encanto, the entire experience was absolutely charming. You will not regret your experience. Until next time PR, thank you Carlos!
