My friends and I were about an hour into our trip down the Deschutes when my kayak paddle broke near Pine Tree boat ramp. Having forgotten an extra paddle, I reached out to Paula at Gear Up in Maupin in desperation. She cheerfully agreed to drive out a couple paddles to us and 30 minutes later my trip was saved. So very thankful she was there for us. Paula, you rock! John
