Flying through the trees above the Gallatin River in Montana, guests consistently describe this as a trip highlight rather than just a fun add-on. The guides are a recurring theme across reviews, with names like Ken, Russ, Becca, Ben, Addie, and others earning specific praise for being encouraging, funny, and genuinely safety-focused. First-timers and nervous participants seem especially well taken care of, with guides patiently working at each person's pace. The tour runs about two hours with seven lines, ladder climbs between sections, and a nice flow that keeps things moving without feeling rushed. One reviewer noted an incident where they were sent into a stopper too hard and felt their concern wasn't fully addressed in the moment, which is worth keeping in mind. That said, the overwhelming pattern across hundreds of reviews points to a well-run, attentive operation where safety is taken seriously and the staff genuinely seems to enjoy what they do. A sweet bonus: guides have been known to airdrop photos and videos to guests afterward.

It was so fun, I got the crap scared outta me but that's what the haunted house/trail is all for!! P. S I didn't know my cousin was working and she got a bunch of other workers say/scream my name when my group was going through.
