Escape room enthusiasts are genuinely impressed here, with several saying these are among the best rooms they've experienced anywhere. The Greenbelt Bank Heist gets particular love for its immersive set design, hidden areas, lasers, and creative twists that feel like stepping into a movie. Staff members consistently earn praise for being friendly, professional, and providing helpful hints that keep the experience challenging but achievable. The rooms definitely skew difficult, so most reviewers recommend bringing groups larger than four people and suggest they're better suited for teens and adults rather than younger kids. A couple of visitors mentioned occasional equipment malfunctions or setup issues that delayed their progress, though this doesn't seem to be the norm. Families, coworkers, and first-timers all report having a blast, with many saying they'd happily return for another round. The experience clearly sticks with people, sparking conversations and laughter long after they've escaped (or failed to escape).
My husband and I did the buried alive escape room and were raving about it all night. The escape room is made for a minimum of 4 players but my husband and I did it alone and were literally on the final puzzle when we ran out of time. There are a lot of puzzles so it makes sense to have at least 4 people to either split up or just to have more brains in the mix. But honestly it was so thrilling to be sooo close and we weren’t sad we didn’t complete it, we literally had no one to blame other than us overthinking things. I did see someone on here say they had a lock/code that they new was right but it didn’t work, I had the same issue but when I was telling my husband about it he just explained that some locks you have to reset and then they work… well I reset the lock and it worked… so that’s why you need people to help you complete the puzzles. I was also initially bummed that we didn’t have a “help” option like most escape rooms but in the end it made the accomplishment so much better because it was truly our accomplishment, it also felt much more real (it felt like an episode of saw where we had to help each other escape before we died but also had creepy murderer vibes). Also I have to add, this experience had a level of creepy that just got me so excited for Halloween haunted houses! Overall had such a blast and will be bringing friends to try another one here sometime. I’d recommend everyone trying to do the cabin one while it’s here because it was the coolest escape room experience I’ve ever had (unless you have bad claustrophobia or can’t handle being in the dark because you have bare minimum light the whole time).
