The Harbour Town Lighthouse is one of those iconic Hilton Head landmarks that is worth experiencing while you’re on the island. The climb to the top is part of the fun, and the views make the effort worthwhile. Seeing Harbour Town, the surrounding waterways, and the island from above gives you a completely different perspective. It’s also a great area to explore before or after the lighthouse, with shops, restaurants, and plenty of places to take in the scenery. Definitely one of the classic Hilton Head experiences.
