Hello ! We stayed at Hilton downtown west Palm for my daughter’s 13th birthday and everything was beyond perfect. They made her feel very special from the note to the decor on the beds . Staff is extremely friendly and very helpful from valet to housekeepers and management . The rooms are extremely clean and anything you request the housekeeper brings it to you on a timely manner.
