We wanted something family friendly that would also give us an authentic Alaska experience, and Hoonah Matata Whale Watching exceeded every expectation. Teresa and Bryan made us feel like we were visiting friends instead of taking a tour. We saw humpback whales, sea otters, bald eagles, and so much more, but what made this trip special was learning about the local culture from people who actually live there. They even took us to local food vendors after the tour, which made the experience feel even more authentic.
