Horrible customer service! We booked a shore excursion through Costco Travel. We showed up at our designated time and location, but no one was there to meet us. It took multiple attempts calling both their regular number and their emergency hotline until we finally got someone to answer who said the tour was canceled. They should’ve had the courtesy to send somebody to meet us rather than forcing us to call. They said they would refund our money, shall see if they come through. Planning to share our experience with Costco as well.
