We are visiting Honolulu for the first time and my daughter and I thought we'd splurge on the Magnum, doors-off, 50-minute helicopter tour. It was a great treat! Their customer service was stellar and it started when we had to call a couple of times. Once about the best way to get to the airfield and again to see if we were flying, as the weather was turning a bit. Kevin answered both times and could not have been more friendly and helpful. When we arrived, Brittany got us ready to fly. She was very professional and kept things light and fun. Out pilot, Tianna, was very calm and competent. She also pointed out all the cool stuff on the island and kept the music 🎶 flowing. It was great to check off this bucket list item and I'm glad i took tons of pics and video as this was a one in a lifetime experience for me and Magmum helicopter tours is highly recommended!
