In November, our work family spent the day with Kale and Meagan and were privileged to get to help local farmers out in one of their taro fields while learning bits about each other, Hawaiian culture, and life in general. Yes, it was that impactful. Makoa Quest did an excellent job of mixing listening, seeing, doing, learning and playing together. They did not overwhelm us with information and we didn't feel preached at. We felt lovingly cared for, welcomed, and at the end of the day, well nourished in our bellies and our hearts. Thank you Makoa Quest for one of our best days ever - we can't wait to do this again!
