I tried booking with Naperville Kayak a few times this summer to paddle board at Community Park in Lisle and when my first two sessions had to be cancelled due to staff availability and weather respectively, the NK team was very communicative and refunded the costs quickly. This weekend we were finally able to get out and had a great time! We were a bit disappointed at first when no one from NK showed up for our Saturday booking but we tried again Sunday and were able to get out on the water and really enjoyed it. And the owner explained what happened and ended up refunding us for both days which was really kind and very much appreciated. Would definitely paddle with them again!
