Had an AMAZING experience using NAPSAC wine tours. Paul was beyond fantastic. He made the arrangements and was quite personable and we were all very comfortable with him. Our girls day trip to Sonoma could not have been better. He was prepared with umbrellas for us given the weather. The SUV was immaculate, comfortable, high tech. He even went out of his way to return an object that fell out of my purse and was left behind in his vehicle.
