I can't recommend NorCal Extreme Rentals enough. From the very first phone call, the owner was friendly, personable, and incredibly accommodating. We spoke over several days while planning our trip, and after just one conversation he remembered both my name and my number every time I called. He even answered after business hours to help us with a last-minute reservation, which says a lot about the kind of customer service he provides. One of the biggest conveniences was that they can deliver the jet skis to multiple launch locations, making it easy to plan our day. We rented at Lake Clementine, and since it was our first time there, he took the time to help us find the launch area so we wouldn't be driving around trying to figure it out. When we arrived, we were running a little late, but he was completely understanding. Before handing over the keys, he thoroughly went over everything with us and made sure my 4-year-old daughter, my wife, and my sister—who was visiting from out of state—all felt welcome and comfortable. He was especially great with my daughter, and that personal touch didn't go unnoticed. What impressed me most was his honesty. There was never any pressure to upsell us or tack on extras. In fact, he pointed us toward the most affordable refueling options to help us save money. He also offered a generous military discount, which was greatly appreciated. The jet skis were in excellent condition and made for an amazing day on the water. Everything was smooth, straightforward, and exactly as promised. Great customer service is hard to find these days, but NorCal Extreme Rentals delivers it from start to finish. We'll absolutely be renting from them again and won't hesitate to recommend them to friends and family looking for a great experience on the water.
