Visited Pedego bikes in Livermore today and spoke to Jim. He is extremely knowledgeable about Pedego bikes including some of the latest competing brands, as well. Jim was able to answer all my questions about my Pedego bike and also provided me all of the parts needed to install a new shift lever. If you have any issue with your Pedego bike, give him a call, his customer service is impeccable!!!
